National Travel Trade Fairs 2013 - 2014

Kerala Tourism will be participating in the National Travel Trade Fairs to be held in various metropolitan cities in the country during 2013-14.

Special subsidised rates are offered by Kerala Tourism for hotels with less than 15 rooms, tour operators, Ayurveda centres, houseboat owners, classified homestays and Serviced Villas for using the Kerala Pavilion in the fairs.

Allotment of space will be on a first come, first served basis.

Who all can participate?

Hotels

1. Any Hotel with less than 15 rooms come under the categories of 3, 2 and 1 Star .
2. Any small properties recommended by DTPC or District Officer or Department of Tourism.
3. All the above properties must be a provider of Tourist Arrival Statistics of Department of Tourism via online.

Tour Operators

Any Tour Operator having approval of the Government of India/ Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala.

Ayurveda Centres

Any Ayurveda Centres approved by Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala.

Houseboat

Any Houseboats approved by Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala.

Homestays /Serviced villas

Any Homestays /Serviced villas approved by Department of Tourism Government of Kerala.

Participation fees

Department of tourism will hire and set up the stand in appropriate manner and a table space will be provided to each participant including  Homestays / Serviced villas at a rate of Rs.10000/- per fair. 

Selection will be on the basis of first pay first served basis. Closing date of Registration will be 27th June-2013.

Director, Department of Tourism reserves the rights to finalise the participants list of each event.

Terms and conditions

1. Participants can reserve their space by clicking the REGISTER button.

2. Please send the required amount as DD in favour of Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

3. A maximum of 10 participants can participate in one fair. Hence only the first 10 registered users will be entitled to participate.

4. Booking will be confirmed only after the receipt of  payment by Kerala Tourism.
