Mr. A. C. Moideen is the new Minister for Tourism, Government of Kerala. He represents the Kunnamkulam constituency in the State Legislative Assembly.
Mr. A. C. Moideen of Communist Party of India (Marxist) entered politics through its students' wing and was an active part of its youth wing as well. He served as the Area Secretary of Wadakanchery in 1990. He also served as MLA for two terms and was a former CPM Thrissur district secretary. He had played an active role in the Library movement as well.
