Kottiyoor is a very old Hindu pilgrim center dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi in Kannur district, Kerala. The important festival of this temple is Kottiyoor Utsavam.The annual Kottiyoor festival is celebrated for twenty-eight days and it falls during the months of May and June.
